(1)    In March 2005, Mr. Li Zhongyu co-authored the Cases Collection of Appraisal Quality Inspection the edit of which was presided by Liu  Ping, the secretary-general of China Appraisal Society, and the book has already became the reference material for inspection  specification training of the appraisal industry;

(2)    In October 2008, Mr. Li published an article, Valuation for Financial Reporting, in the Assets and Finances in Administration and  Institution (No. 6, 2008);

(3)    In October 21, 2008, he wrote an article, New Accounting Standard Brings New Appraisal Business, for the Hubei Daily;

      (4)   In June 2013, an article named Research on Application of Warrants Assessment was issued in the Appraisal
             Journal of China (No.06, 2013);

      (5)   In 2013,,an article named  Internal Audit Quality External Evaluation Analysis was issued in
             the China Audit(No. 14,2013);

      (6)   In July 2013, an article named Discussion on Problems and Suggestions on the Internal Audit Quality and
             Internal Appraisal was issued in the Guide to Business (No. 15, 2013);

      (7)   In 2014,an article named Research on Evaluation of Convertible Bonds was issued in the Appraisal Journal of
             China (No.01, 2014);

      (8)   In 2014, Empirical Analysis of Using the Binary Tree Method to Evaluate Convertible Bonds was issued in
              the Appraisal Journal of China (No.02, 2014);

      (9)   In 2014, Introduction to the "New Three Board" before and after the Listing Companies Demand and
             Characteristics of Assets Appraisal was issued in the Appraisal Journal of China (No.08, 2014);

5.       Honors and awards:
  From March to August 2004, Mr. Li Zhongyu participated in the major comprehensive inspection of securities
  industry appraisal which was co-organized by the Ministry of Finance and the China Securities Regulatory
 Commission, during that inspection, Mr. Li was awarded a certificate of honor issued by the Ministry of
 Finance and the China Securities Regulatory Commission and won the title of Advanced Individual in the
  Appraisal Industry which was granted by the Inspection Office of the Ministry of Finance, due to his excellent
 performance. 

6.       Professional competence:
 Mr. Li is a senior person in the appraisal industry. He has taken in charge of major asset appraisal program for
  many times, and thus has accumulated rich appraisal experience and theoretical knowledge; furthermore,
 he has deep research and practice in enterprise restructuring, asset reorganization, securities issuance,
 enterprise value appraisal, intangible asset valuation, real estate appraisal, fair value appraisal, project feasibility
 research and so on.
