Mr. Li owns many years’ professional appraisal experience, and has deeply researched the appraisals concerning enterprise’s IPO, equity transfer and enterprise restructuring; his experiences include the asset appraisal of the IPO project of Ningbo Construction Co., Ltd., the asset appraisal of the equity transfer of Guodian Nanjing Automation Co., Ltd., management right appraisal of the Second Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge, asset appraisal of the project of Qingdao Rural Credit Cooperatives’ setting up rural commercial bank; and he has frequently participated enterprise IPO appraisal program, thus has abundant practice experience in that field. Mr. Li mainly engages in practical appraisal work in relation to enterprise restructuring, IPO, reorganization, merger and acquisition. He has taken in charge of over one hundred appraisal programs.
