Mr. Zhang was graduated from the Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, majoring in state-owned assets management and appraisal, and he obtained the bachelor’s degree in management and possesses the qualifications of Certified Public Valuer (CPV), Registered Real Estate Appraiser. Since the end of 2000, he has begun working in Zhongjing Minxin (Beijing) Asset valuation Co., Ltd., engaged in asset appraisal, thus he has deep appraisal theories and rich practical appraisal experience. He is skilled in the appraisal of intangible assets, income approach and foreign assets.

      In recently years, Mr. Zhang has independently undertaken many appraisal programs, mainly including:
